It's time to find it again, in the company of other wonderful women, and to ignite the passions and ideas which have been set aside with new energy, intention, and actions. A Deep Renewal Retreat for Body, Mind, and Spirit" Starting on a Thursday night, we'll gather at an amazing property in the mountains above Park City to recenter and nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits. The weekend will include: ~ writing exercises ~ quiet walks ~ one-on-one coaching ~ massage ~ guided meditation ~ music ~ fully-stocked art stations ~ work on developing intuition and better awareness of our life's path and purpose ~ gourmet, organic meals . . . all within an incredibly luxurious environment. LAW OF ATTRACTION FOR MUSICIANS The second project will launch in the fall and is directed toward other musicians. For years, Mary Beth has found herself excited to help coach and encourage other musicians and songwriters using a specific series of questions, exercises, audio visualizations, and meditations she's developed. She will bring this program to the public through a new site full of info, audio downloads, and worksheets.
